Viewing Your Health Record

Once logged in (see Logging In as a Test Patient), the Home tab is where a patient views their records and pulls in the latest data from connected providers.

There are three options on the Home tab:

• Ellipses menu — access Refresh Records, Add a Provider, and Download HealthEx Unified Record (HUR) as PDF.
• See my HealthEx Unified Record — generates a PDF of all connected health records.
• Get my latest records — refreshes records to pull any updates from connected providers.
